Not much to report after tonights meeting. Plenty was accomplished but it is all shrouded in secrecy. All I can tell you is some changes were made but they are a surprise, you will have to show up in Stevens Point to see what has changed.
The team also did an improve instant challenge where they randomly drew a place, an event, and a character. The team drew Heaven, A Robbery, and Super Dog. They then had 5 minutes to prepare a 3 minute skit using these items. The team came up with a good story about stolen halos, and super dog and his trusty side kick save the day.
One more meeting next week and then it's off to Stevens Point.

Meeting #21 - 4/6/2010
Team 14's season continues. After their second place finish at the Green Bay regional tournament the team is no preparing for the state tournament in Stevens Point on 4/17.
This meeting we took a look at the raw scores from the teams main challenge to decide what if anything they wanted to change. The team decided to reinforce their main set piece to make it stand better and take some of the bow out of it.
The team also had some fun playing a "minute to win it" game http://www.nbc.com/minute-to-win-it/how-to/ involving creating a cup pyramid and taking it back down.
We also did a task based instant challenge called "The Tipping Point". The team had a lot of good ideas while working on this challenge but couldn't quite focus enough to pull it all together. At this point in the meeting it became very clear to me in general this team doesn't do well with evening meetings - they are too tired out from the day to completely focus.
At the end the team did some rehearsals of their main performance but playing another team members role. The team really enjoyed doing this and it should help them see their performance from a different perspective.
Be sure to check out the photo album for some photos from tournament and from this meeting.
